DOLPHON® XL-2103 is a low order, solventless polyester resin. Specially formulated to have a higher build for dip and bake applications. This material is exceptionally stable, and does not contain conventional monomers (styrene, vinyl toluene, t-butyl styrene, or diallyl phthalate) or formaldehyde releasing compounds.  Applications for this product include stators, rotors, field coils, armatures, inductors, random wound coils, form wound coils, inverter duty motors, DC traction coils, and transformers.  XL-2103 may react with copper, copper alloys and natural rubber. Do not use these materials in the tank or recirculating system. Tanks should be constructed of black iron or stainless steel and flexible fittings should be made of synthetic rubber or plastic.
