The 6222-2NS/C3 is a single row deep groove ball bearing designed for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 110 mm bore, 200 mm outer diameter, and 38 mm width for robust performance in high-load environments. This bearing offers a C3 radial internal clearance, making it suitable for applications with moderate to high speeds and temperatures, though optimal performance is achieved at higher rotational speeds. Constructed from high-quality bearing steel with a sheet metal cage, it provides a basic dynamic load rating of 151 kN and a basic static load rating of 118 kN, ensuring reliable operation under significant radial and axial loads. The open design allows for easy maintenance and relubrication, while the absence of seals or shields maximizes compatibility with various lubrication methods. With a reference speed of 6,700 r/min and a limiting speed of 4,300 r/min, the 6222-2NS/C3 is engineered for durability, low friction, and smooth operation in machinery requiring precision and long service life. Its versatile design accommodates both radial and axial loads in either direction, making it a dependable choice for motors, pumps, conveyors, and other heavy-duty equipment.
