Repair Sleeves, Bearing Housing, Cast iron, Bearing Sizes: 6224/6320

The 215 mm cast iron sleeve bearing designed for bearing numbers 6224 and 6320 features a robust cast iron construction with an outer diameter of approximately 215 mm. It is engineered to provide durable support and reduce friction in rotating machinery. The sleeve bearing dimensions typically include lengths of 60 mm, 70 mm, or 80 mm, with a precise outer diameter tolerance of ±0.05 mm. This bearing sleeve is commonly used in conjunction with deep groove ball bearings like the 6224 series, which have a bore diameter of 120 mm, an outer diameter of 215 mm, and a width of 40 mm, supporting high dynamic loads and speeds up to 4000 rpm with a temperature range from -40 to 100 °C. The sleeve bearing’s cast iron material ensures excellent wear resistance and load capacity for industrial applications.
