AEV’s Ultimeg® 2002HVR is a single component, Class H (180°C), heat cure epoxy resin. Designed for VPI High Voltage applications. AEV’s Ultimeg® 2002HVR is solventless and contains zero VOCs. The low viscosity allows for easy impregnation and complete penetration of heavily taped windings. Standard cure times are 8-12 hours but can vary. This product is moisture and chemical resistant making it suitable for equipment used in chemical plants, marine locations, and other challenging environments. AEV’s Ultimeg® 2002HVR is UL recognized according to UL1446 as a Class H Resin File no. E220579.
