3M™ NST Tubing NST Tubing is made of Modified Chlorinated Polyolefin (Neoprene®) and has a 2:1 shrink ratio. This tubing provides cut-through and abrasion resistance. It is also resistant to most oils, fluids, and solvents. This tubing is commonly used for fabrication and repair of flexible harnesses, wire bundles, covering hydraulic couplings, jacketing cable harnesses, and other applications that required a tough and flexible covering.
